DESCRIPTION:Chenrezig Course and White Tara Initiation. This study and meditation programme\, developed by the 14th Shamarpa\, has been guided by Lama Jigmé Rinpoche in France for the past seven years. \nJigmé Rinpoche proposed that Dhagpo Belgium organise the same type of study programme in Belgium\, alongside the teachings and retreats offered throughout the year in Brussels and Jodoigne by visiting lamas. \nThis cycle of teachings\, known as the Chenrezig Course\, is intended for anyone wishing to deepen their practice. It enables participants to gradually acquire the foundations necessary to train in Chenrezig meditation and\, ultimately\, to actualise it. \nThe programme consists of topics to study and meditations to put into practice. Between sessions\, participants are asked to train in applying the instructions they have received.
